If you usually get to the campus in Aalborg East via Selma Lagerløfs Vej, you will have to use a different route in the coming weeks. Starting Sunday 14 April, part of Selma Lagerløfs Vej is closed to all traffic for three weeks. This is what Aalborg Municipality has posted on its Facebook page.

More specifically, this concerns the stretch south of Bertil Ohlins Vej and north of Alfred Nobels Vej. The road will undergo a thorough renovation that includes completely new paving, wider roadways and curbstone casting. Aalborg Municipality is also starting the construction of bike paths and pavement on both sides of the road that will be ready for use this summer.

While the work is ongoing, you can use Hadsund Landevej as a detour or follow the yellow detour arrows on site.
